This post goes to the heart of what the International team does within, and for, Ofcom. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering work in two separate yet interrelated areas, our International engagement programme and our International visits programme. You will be responsible for monitoring European and International policy developments and helping to develop and implement an engagement action plan accordingly. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support Ofcom’s participation in international networks of regulators.
We are looking for an experienced policy or public affairs professional to join our team. You will help lead and shape the work of team in relation to a portfolio of Ofcom’s work, and directly manage relationships with some of our key stakeholders in Government and Parliament. You will work collaboratively with colleagues throughout Ofcom to shape, deliver and present our work effectively. You will have experience of working in or closely with Government, have an understanding of shaping and communicating policy and be accomplished at building strong collaborative relationships quickly.

The post holder will work with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to manage and progress our exciting diversity and inclusion culture and talent ambitions at Ofcom. As D&I cuts across all areas of HR, the post holder will work closely with the P&T team, as well as with a wide range of colleagues at all levels across Ofcom. You will also work with external partners to access best practice and innovation for the delivery our diversity and inclusion work. The postholder will be a key point of contact for Diversity and Inclusion at Ofcom.

Senior Telecommunications Data Analyst will work with colleagues across a number of Ofcom teams in policy and operational functions to analyse , interpret and contextualize and clearly present data - examples include predicting network coverage or using data to understand quality of service or user experience of communications services they receive.
