Ofcom is the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries. We regulate the TV, radio, fixed-line telecoms, mobile telecoms and postal sectors, plus the radio spectrum over which wireless devices operate.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and established HR function.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and line managers to define, develop, and implement HR strategy for your client group, in line with organisational objectives and complementary to the HR agenda.
We will trust you to add value by providing advice, support and coaching to people managers on a full range of matters across the employee life-cycle, with an emphasis on colleague development, change management, performance management, talent management, recruitment and resourcing, succession planning and employee relations.
It will be critical for you to demonstrate an understanding of your client group (their work, priorities, and pinch points) in order to successfully design and implement relevant HR initiatives and interventions.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or Equivalent), have proven experience of providing support to high volume, low complexity ER Case Work and ideally have worked in a Professional Services environment.
